Wakizashi- A short sword that is larger than a dagger but smaller than a katana. The hilt is typically between 5-12 inches long and the blade is between 12-24 inches long.
Kodachi- A dagger that can be used as a shield of sorts if used correctly. The blade is about two feet long. It can be paired with another kodachi but that takes a while to learn. More info: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kodachi

Odachi- A sword that is larger than the Nodachi. It is about 90 cm long and is very rarely, I repeat rarely, used.
Tanto- A dagger with a blade that is between six and twelve inches long. It is usually used by wives of samurai and females because of how easy it is to use since it has a double sided blade.

Shuriken- Throwing blades.

Others
Iron ribbed fans- Fans that have iron attached to the ribs as the name suggests. Typically used by female spies, kunoichi, or geisha.
Naginata- A long, pole like weapon. The blade is about a foot long with a shaft that ranges from 5-7 feet long. More commonly used by females. More info: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naginata
