Name:[/u] Natsu Chiba
Gender:[/u] Female
Age:[/u] Nineteen
Occupation:[/u] Mainly Hitokiri, but also hired to spy.
Nationality:[/u] Japanese/European
Physical Appearance:[/u] Natsu stands around the height of 5'0" with a lean and supple body. She is strong, despite her meek looks, and can run quite fast. Natsu has dark blond hair that falls to the middle of her back, but she mainly keeps her hair in a tight pony-tail, only allowing several bangs to dangle infront of her eyes.
Her face is very intelligent looking, but also very attractive set with eyes that are a striking teal color surrounded by a rim of gold, which is visible only to those who are very close to her. Her eyebrows are thin and arched, giving her a more welcoming appearance; she has thin lips which are mostly painted a dark red, while her eyes are faintly outlined in black eyeliner, and accentuated with a blue-green eye shadow.
Weapons/Fighting Style:[/u] Natsu uses a Katana, whom she inherited from her grandfather, is strapped to her back in a black sheath; the sword has a crimson hilt and an extremely well-kept, sharp edge. The metal shows no sign of aging, and has no dents or missing pieces. Her grandfather was the one who taught her most of the basic skills she needed. After his death, Natsu learned almost all her skills from random sensei’s along the rode of her life. The blond is fast on her feet, and swift at hitting her target with a firm whack. She has a knack for finding and exploiting her opponents weak points.
Clothing/Armor:[/u] Natsu wears a wine-red tunic which ends around her mid-section, from there she has tan pants which lead into black boots. Around her waist she wears a belt, accompanied by her trusty sword. Another outfit Natsu wears is an elegant black kimono with a white dragon that snakes around her torso, and curls it’s head around her right shoulder, and ends near her breasts. Her accessories include a gold necklace with a ruby that hangs from the chain. The necklace is Natsu’s greatest treasure.
Personality:[/u] Natsu has a puzzling personality one varies with certain people. If you really want to know her personality, hang out with her, because if you ask me I couldn’t explain it to you. Her personality is different for the people she likes, dislikes, hates, or loves. Never has Natsu really loved another, but if you unlock this side of the woman you may be in for a shocker.
History:[/u] Natsu knows little of her past, only that her grandfather isn’t her actual grandfather, she only calls him like that because she has known the man was in her earliest memories. Natsu has no knowledge of her parents accept that her father was European and her mother Japanese; she desires to know nothing about them. At the turning point of five years, Natsu’s grandfather began to teach her how to use a sword, how to stay hidden, and how to strike her foe.
For ten years Natsu was trained in the art of sword, and at the age of fifteen she left to live life for herself. Along the road she had brief affairs, and learned many new tricks. She’s had near-death experiences, and almost fatal wounds... but through all of it, she has gained much knowledge.
One year Natsu stopped her travels when she met a man, one who she fell in love with at first glance: Haru Aichi. For a year they were together, close to marriage, but when Haru suffered a fatal wound at the hands of an unknown assassin he died at Natsu’s feet. Since the death of her first love Natsu is confused, and doesn’t know how to or if she should love. Now she treasures the necklace he gave her, and she always will. After that fatal night, Natsu left the small village and refuses to return to it.
Sample RP:[/u] Illustrated beneath the shy light of the full moon, and brought to life by the dancing winds, Natsu stood at the shore of a placid lake her eyes locked upon the lakes mirroring face. Dressed in an ebony kimono that danced effortlessly in the winds, the girl looked almost invisible if it weren’t for the ivory dragon that wrapped itself around her lean figure.
With a sigh, the blond twirled a lock of her golden hair around her index finger and turned from the star-flecked surface. The night air was crisp, chilling the woman’s petite body. Her crimson lips quivered from the cold, and let loose a stream of white breath. Within her mouth two rows of teeth clicked together, the sound escaping into the frozen night. Crossing her arms, Natsu flicked her head, throwing her hair behind her head in a wave of dark gold.
She bit her lower lip in an attempt to stop the chattering of her teeth. “It’s not that cold, Natsu,” she told herself as she shuffled back to the road that twisted through the town. “You’ve seen much worse on the road. Just because you’ve lived the life of luxury for the past month doesn’t mean you can start this bull now.”
She huffed angrily at herself as she stepped onto the road, then turned swiftly to her right and walked hurriedly down the abandoned road.
During the day this road is crammed, I almost feel lost. Natsu laughed at the thought before uncrossing her arms. Chills shot down her spine. “It’s not that cold!” Natsu exclaimed, her voice echoing through the lonely street. One of the two being out right now gave Natsu a puzzled look, before passing her in a wide curve.
People think you’re crazy now! She smiled at the thought, because she knew she was crazy at some level, then frowned because she wasn’t that crazy!
A few moments later the girl came upon the inn that she was staying at, and quickly slipped into the front door. Inside, she tip-toed up the stairs and into her room where she walked to her open window and stared into the barely lit town. A nail of sorrow punctured her chest and severed her heart as she thought back to the night when her beloved fell before her. It has been three years to this day, thought Natsu before turning her back to the open window, Three years...
Stripping herself then quickly putting her night clothes on, Natsu slipped under the sheets of the futon and drifted into a dreamless sleep.
